Packages for Postnatal Support, Night Doula Support & Power Hours
Please find the details of my Postnatal, Night Doula and Power Hour doula support prices and packages below. I am able to offer support in Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and surrounding villages. These include Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, Sandbanks, Salisbury, Lymington, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, The New Forest, Dorchester, Winchester, Shaftsbury and Southampton. I offer Power Hour support virtually through Google Meet.

New Baby Bronze Package
- 1 x 2 hour settling in/feeding support within the first three days of returning home or after your home birth.
- 2 x 4 hour session per week for 4 weeks (these can start as soon after your baby is born as you wish, but all sessions need to be taken within a 6 week period).
- WhatsApp chat between sessions.
- Access to my postnatal Padlet.

New Baby Silver Package
- 1 x 2 hour settling in/feeding support within the first three days of returning home or after your home birth.
- Visit for two further 2 hour sessions within the first week
- 2 x 4 hour session per week for 6 weeks (these can start as soon after your baby is born as you wish, but all sessions need to be taken within a 8 week period).
- WhatsApp chat between sessions.
- Access to my postnatal Padlet.

New Baby Gold Package
- 1 x 2 hour settling in/feeding support within the first three days of returning home or after your home birth.
- Visit for two further 2 hour sessions within the first week
- 2 x 4 hour session per week for 12 weeks (these can start as soon after your baby is born as you wish, but all sessions need to be taken within a 4 month period).
- WhatsApp chat between sessions.
- Access to my postnatal Padlet.

One-Off 3 Hour Session (daytime)
This is designed for families who may just need some additional support as a one off or if you would like to have a trial session with Maria the Doula before committing to a package.
Additional postnatal hours can be added with prior arrangement at £25 per hour.

Power Hour (Online)
Book a Power Hour support chat with me and we can explore the following:
- Your hopes and fears unpacked.
- Support for your decisions and how to speak about them with your HCP.
- Talk through how to orchestrate out of guidelines birth preferences.
- Share information and research to help you make informed decisions.
- How you as a birth partner can best support.
- Common newborn behaviour and concerns.
- Discuss babies sleep and your wellbeing.

Night Doula Support
- The minimum length of a night shift is 10 hours staring no later than 9pm.
- Minimum of 1 night/maximum 3 nights per week.
- Additional hours can be added to the beginning or end of each shift if you wish.
- £200 per night and £20 per hour for any additional hours.
Prices include travel within 10 miles of BH13. Outside this distance there is an additional cost of 45p per mile.
A 20% deposit is required on booking a doula package with full payment required 2 weeks before your due date or 7 days before your first session. For ad hoc clients, full payment for any one 4 hour postnatal session or 10 hour night session will need to be paid in advance.
An invoice will be issued on all occasions.
